TYPICAL INTENDING WELLNESS SESSION

Facilitated Sessions and Tutorial Sessions are available in-office or by telephone.  Intending Wellness is equally effective in-person or at a distance by telephone.  Materials for Tutorial Sessions are snail mailed prior to Session.

TELEPHONE SESSIONS
If you are having a phone session, please use a landline if possible to reduce the risk of dropped calls.  
Make your self comfortable by sitting or lying with your hands free if possible.  A headset is preferred because outside sounds are minimized.  
Please ensure that you will not be interrupted by people or electronic devices during our session.  
You may also like to have some water within reach.

IN-OFFICE SESSIONS
If you are coming to my office, I have a private home-office with its own entrance.  There is a cozy gliding rocking chair and a massage table for you to stretch out (fully clothed) or if you prefer, you can remain sitting on one of the couches.  Please ensure that you will not be interrupted by turning off any electronic devices during our session.

TYPICAL FACILITATED WELLNESS SESSION

A typical Session is as follows:

·       I listen as you share your concerns and what you would like to work with.  I do not need to know personal details.
·       I help you to explore and set a goal of intention for where you want to be at the end of the session.
·       We use guided imagery to help you to connect with the inner wisdom of your heart, body and your personal Spiritual Support.
·       I help you to check in with your intuition to access the greater wisdom to determine which aspects of body, mind, emotion or spirit we will be harmonizing.
·       We use intention to discover root issues (immunity, structure, emotion and spiritual past time), as well as release toxic beliefs and energy that are outdated and no longer needed.
·       I guide you through using your breath and tapping on your palm called to “Activate” the intentions and their harmonization.
·       At the end of the session, we reflect upon any insights that came during the session and any changes that you noticed.
·       Most of what I do is to lead you to find your own answers so that you can get on with your life and have a conscious awareness of what lies behind your issues and conce
·       I help you to explore what harmonization of your body, mind, emotion and spirit may be needed.

·       I will not counsel you, diagnose or treat any specific condition.
·       I will suggest that you consult other health professionals or counselors if/when I think it is appropriate.
·       I offer no claims for any cure.  However, I offer intentions towards cure.
·       I strive for the highest ethical standards at all times.
·       I maintain confidentiality in our professional relationship unless required by law to share my records.
