Self-Harmonization is a tool that helps you to cope with your life and get on with your day. It helps you to let go of the past, be in the present and have choice about the future. It helps you to make sense of what is going on in your body and in your life. It helps you to deepen your Intuition using ancient principles of Synchronicity and activate intention to harmonize your body-mind-spirit. It is playful yet profound. My passion is sharing this tool with you and teaching you how to use it. These are the methods that I use when I facilitate Body Harmonization.
