Self-Care Workshops
Class sizes are very limited so register early to avoid disappointment!
After a short introduction to Intention and Energy Anatomy, there
are five Levels of workshops that make up the Intending Wellness Program. You can stop after any Level.
- The first workshop, Basic Harmonization will give you enough tools to help you to reduce stress to get on with your day. However, you are simply getting a preview of what the other workshops offer.
- The second Level, Essential Harmonization teaches a quick way to harmonize emotional issues, and more.
- The third Level, Sequential Harmonization helps to understand what is behind your issues and concerns and can help you to turn challenge into opportunity.
- The fourth Level, In-Depth Self-Discovery is filled with opportunities for self-reflection and self-empowerment.
- The fifth Level, From the Inside Out: The Final Frontier partners you with your body for deep self-healing of body-mind-emotion-relationship-spirit.
Treat yourself to explore all five levels of Intending
Wellness to have more power over your response to stress
and life. You are worth it!
If each level is self-contained, why would I want to learn all five levels?
Here is an analogy using a movie.
The first three Levels are like watching a preview of a movie. You have some information and a sense of what the movie is about but really don’t have the whole story. You get more information with each level, just as you would if you watched different movie trailers.
However, you understand the plot and its deeper meanings after watching the whole movie. In Intending Wellness, the depth of the work is realized through Level 4 - In-Depth Self-Discovery as well as Level 5 - From the Inside Out: the Final Frontier because they contain Long versions of each Wellness Intentions.
In our movie analogy, Long Intentions are like watching the entire movie with an experience of feeling awe, wonder and insights at its end as you watch the credits.
So the next time you see the title of this movie in a TV listing, you will be able to recall and recreate the feeling that you had at the end of the movie. That feeling will return to your consciousness.
Similarly, you will be able to connect to the richness of the Long versions of each Wellness Intention when you activate a Short version of an Intention found in the Handbooks; or even if you simply read the name of the Intention as in the Travel Cards!
Handbooks and Travel Cards can be used both as an introduction to learning Intending Wellness allowing all 50 Wellness Intentions can be used right away after very little effort. And they are even more meaningful at the end of the Intending Wellness Program because you are familiar with the Long versions!
NOTE TO PRACTITIONERS:
Requirements for using Intending Wellness for your clients in your practice:
- Completion of all Levels (1 - 5) of Intending Wellness Program in Workshop or private Tutorials.
- At least Levels 1 and 2 must be completed as a Workshop.
- Successful Submission and Completion of 25 Summaries of your own Self-Care using Email Support Program. (5 Summaries at each Level.)
- Participation in 3 Well-Supported Intending Wellness Practice Group
