"Accessing Body Wisdom for

Conscious Wholeness, Healing, and Empowerment."

 BirdHandlogo.6KB.jpg

"Karin Cremasco is a gifted healer who has helped to pioneer the "Body Harmonization” technique, a fascinating approach to diagnosing (and healing) the true physical, emotional, and spiritual precursors to pain and illness. I recommend that her techniques be studied and applied by both medical and psychiatric practitioners alike."

Procedure for In-Office Sessions

At the office of Balance For Wellness Inc., the appointment begins with the client seated in the chair with the arms behind the desk, to emphasize that the client's body is in charge of the session. Karin sits across from the client in a smaller chair and begins a brief 15-minute interview. She asks what the client would like to work with during the session and what the client is feeling physically and emotionally. The client is asked to assign a number on a scale between 0 and 10 for each of the presenting concerns to establish a baseline, which will be re-evaluated after the Body Harmonization balance.) Then Karin asks the client how he or she would like to feel at the end of the appointment, to set a positive intention for the balance.

The client proceeds to the massage table and reclines fully clothed. Karin muscle tests by gently pushing on the client's forearm with his/her elbow resting comfortably on the table at ninety degrees. The muscle locks or unlocks to indicate the answers to questions. In this manner, Karin asks permission from the client's Higher Self/Body Wisdom through the muscle testing to work with the client.  She asks permission by muscle testing "yes or no" to the following three questions:

    1. May I work with this person?
    2. Can I? Do I have the ability to help in some way?
    3. Should I? Is there any reason I should stop?

After receiving permission from the body to proceed with the energy balancing, Karin begins the Body Harmonization energy balancing session.

After some brief guided imagery to assist the client to relax and connect with the support of his or her own unique spirituality, Karin muscle tests further, asking the client’s body to indicate whatever Body Harmonization balancing it needs, with yes/no answers according to a “flowchart.” Muscle testing chooses the specific Body Harmonization techniques that serve it best to restore energetic balance and harmony. The body is the authority and not the practitioner.

Energy balancing is completed using tapping by the practitioner or by the client holding points of the body and doing specific breath patterns as guided by Karin. The client is engaged in the process as past issues are brought to consciousness. Sometimes variations of the Inner Counselor guided imagery process are indicated. Regardless of the specific type of Body Harmonization that is used when working with Karin as a practitioner, the client is engaged in the process as past issues are brought to consciousness. The client simply gives feedback about what he/she is experiencing in the moment.

All that required of the client is to relax, breathe, and indicate any subtle physical, emotional, energetic sensations, and/or thoughts that may appear during the session.

Throughout the session, Karin tells the client exactly what she is doing because this is a method of educational self-help, in addition to the energy balancing.

As the appointment ends, the client leaves the table and sits in the smaller chair this time. Closure consists of a re-evaluation of the baseline and a brief discussion of how client feels compared to when he/she arrived, as well as completion of the business part of the appointment.
