I hope that you will enjoy parusing my website peppered with photos that I have enjoyed taking throughout my travels to Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Europe, Cuba, and of course, my Ontario home where I reside with my dear family.

My intention throughout this website is to share who I am. I celebrate being able to share the Body Harmonization work that I offer my clients as well as teach. Please join me in celebrating the beauty of life we all share, as one with nature, with each other, and within our own bodies.

This photo is taken on the cross-country ski trails at Guelph Lake. My husband and I were privileged to have the chickadees and nuthatches feed from our fingers.
The precious connection that I experience with nature is akin to my intention to serve in the field of spiritual healing and energy medicine. The dolphins, horses, and especially the birds have come willing to receive love, friendship, and nourishment. They come freely and I am truly blessed to be with them, to lovingly support them for a brief time. When they leave, they are free to be on their own, but the memory of our connection remains on my heart... And so it is with the students to whom I teach Self-Harmonization and Facilitating Harmonization, and with the clients to whom I offer my Body Harmonization services.
