What is Intending Wellness?
"Intention is a force in the universe that allows the act of creation to take place." ~ Wayne
Intending Wellness for Self-care
Intending Wellness can help to answer...
"Why do I feel the way I feel?"
"What else can I do to improve my quality of life?"
"How can I take charge of my own well-being?"
"What can I do to stay on track when I get triggered?"
"What can I do to help me cope?"
"How do I move through my issues?"
"What can I do to help myself in between sessions with my counselor, or other healthcare practitioners?"
Intending Wellness is energy work that is self-directed through intention. It is a framework that helps you to cope with your life and get on with your day.
It guides you to let go of the past, be in the present and have choice about the future.
It leads you to find your own answers and brings you to your aha to make sense of what is going on in your body and in your life.
Karin's passion is sharing this playful, yet profound tool with you and after receiving a facilitated Intending Wellness session, then Karin will teach you how to use it to help yourself. Or if you prefer, you are welcome to continue to receive facilitated Intending Wellness sessions.
Use Intending Wellness to complement other forms of conventional, natural and energetic healthcare as well as counselling. Use you to connect with your personal body wisdom for self-care and self-healing.
Intending Wellness evolved from
- Karin's years of personal experience with the study and practice of the excellent techniques of Biocomputer Operating System, Total Body Modification
- Karin's experience through her doctoral work in energy medicine and spiritual healing, and more importantly,
- Through Karin's personal journey to support her own health and well-being; and that of my loved ones
- It also evolved from resolution of health issues that her feline companion, Sassy struggled with and recovered from several years ago
"Karin Cremasco is a gifted healer who pioneered the "Intending Wellness" technique, a fascinating approach to diagnosing (and healing) the true physical, emotional, and spiritual precursors to pain and illness. I recommend that her techniques be studied and applied by both medical and psychiatric practitioners alike."
~ Richard Gerber MD, Author of Vibrational Medicine and A Practical Guide to Vibrational Medicine
Note: Intending Wellness is intended to be used as adjuncts to (and not in lieu of) other forms of conventional and complementary healthcare as well as counseling, chiropractic osteopathic and naturopathic care.
